What is the Workforce Development Council?

The Workforce Development Council is a cooperative agreement between NewTec, New Mexico State University (NMSU), University of Texas-El Paso (UTEP), and other local academic institutions. The agreement will provide students with local, professional job opportunities while helping NewTec, with recruitment of local collegiate talent for employment under NewTec's contract with White Sands Missile Range.
